Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AutoManager application (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by O.K. Apps (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects only the information you manually enter in order to provide its core features: vehicle management, fuel and expense tracking, maintenance history, reminders, and document storage.

Information You Provide

• Vehicle Data: Make, model, year, license plate, VIN, engine type, and odometer readings that you enter manually.
• Fuel and Expense Records: Refuel entries (date, volume, price, station), service records, expense categories, and trip notes.
• Documents and Photos: Photos of your vehicle and documents (e.g. registration, insurance) that you choose to add. All images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
• Reminders: Titles, dates, and odometer values you set for upcoming service or renewal events.
• Profile Data: Name, phone number, and email address — optional fields you may fill in within the app.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application does not automatically collect any analytics, crash reports, usage statistics, or device identifiers. No data is transmitted from the Application to any server.

Biometric Data

The Application supports an optional screen lock using your device's biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID). The Service Provider does not collect, access, or store any biometric data. All authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system and never leaves your device.

2. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party service:

• Expo — the framework used to build the Application (notifications and media picker).

The Application does not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any other third-party data-collection services.

3. Data Storage

• Local Only: All data is stored exclusively on your device using Android's secure local storage (AsyncStorage). No cloud synchronization or external servers are involved.
• Offline Operation: The Application is fully functional without an internet connection. An internet connection is only used to display an offline status indicator.
• Backup: The Application provides a manual backup feature that exports all your data as a JSON file to your device. You choose where to save or share this file. The Service Provider has no access to backup files.

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times.

• Individual Records: Any vehicle, refuel entry, expense, document, or reminder can be deleted directly within the Application.
• Full Reset: You can erase all Application data via Settings → Reset Data, or by uninstalling the Application. Since all data is stored locally, uninstallation permanently removes everything.
• Email Request: You may contact the Service Provider at o.kuro4ka@gmail.com for any questions regarding your data. Because no data is held on our servers, remote deletion is not applicable.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since all data is stored locally on the user's device, no personal information from any user reaches our servers. 6. Security

Because all data remains on your device, its security depends on your device's own protection (screen lock, encryption). The Application offers an optional auto-lock feature to prevent unauthorized access if your device is lost or shared. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and enabling screen lock.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and through an Application update note on Google Play. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
